Perfume Box uses a vacuum and pouring method to transfer the perfume from one bottle to another. We pour the perfume from the 100% original bottle into Perfume Box’s luxury travel and portable spray bottles.

Opening the bottle: Simply pull upwards to remove the bottle. Using the perfume: To spray, turn the bottle cap to the left to open it. Turn it back to the right to close it and prevent any leakage. That’s it — you’re ready to use it!

If you receive a broken perfume, one that is leaking, or not spraying properly, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date. If your order is missing a product, let us know immediately so we can investigate and ensure you receive what you ordered. Please note that there is a small empty space (usually 3–5%) in all perfume bottles due to shipping guidelines. This is normal, and each bottle still contains approximately 135 sprays as advertised.
